Privacy policy
Kumalo Ventures collects only the information needed to operate its platforms - such as account details, content you upload, and payment records. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and never stored on our servers.
Each platform (PersonalTutor.live, FondlyMissed.com, RemindPay, NoteSavant.com) publishes its own detailed privacy policy covering the data specific to that service. For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact team@kumalo.net.
Terms of service
By using a Kumalo Ventures platform you agree to use it lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and respect the rights of other users. Subscriptions and paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase on each platform.

Refunds & cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from within the relevant platform; access continues until the end of the billing period. If something went wrong with a charge, email team@kumalo.net within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund it to your original payment method.
